摘　　要：文章调查着眼于四川省大型设备分配趋势、医疗设备使用人员培训、医疗设备维护人员的素质、医疗设备维修路径和售后服务等关键环节,对四川省医疗设备使用存在的问题,比如:相关法规不健全、医疗资源分配不均匀、医疗设备配置不适宜、医疗设备使用人员培训不足、医疗设备售后服务不到位、医疗设备维护人员素质亟待提高等问题及其原因进行了深入分析,最终目的是探讨如何在新医改下更好地适应国家发展要求,促进区域卫生医疗的发展。Based on the current status of human geography in Sichuan Province, this article ,using investigation and verification methods, summarizes and analyzes the regional characteristics. The investigation focus on large equipment allocation trends, personnel training, personnel quality to medical equipment repair and some key aspects of maintenance path and after-sales service this article deeply analyzes some problems and causes. These problems and causes include that some regulations and rules related to Sichuan armarium use are not well-set, allocation of medical resources is not even due to macro-control deficiency, configuration of medical equipments is unwell, personnel trainings are insufficient, after-sales service of medical equipments is not in place, and there is a gap between personnel quality and requirements. In short, the ultimate goals are to meet requirements of national development better under new health reform and to promote the development of regional health care.
