摘　　要：为了监测集体林权改革对环境造成的影响,本文在对辽宁省进行问卷调查的基础上分析了林改前后林农对环境影响的评价。通过因子分析,提取出了环境影响评价中作用较大的三个因子,研究为林权改革决策和管理提供了一定的依据。In order to monitor the impaction of forest tenure reform on the environment, this paper analyzed the influences of Forest tenure reform to environment based on the survey in Liaoning province. By using factor analysis, three factors were extracted which were playing important roles in environment impact assessment. This paper offers useful data sources and the suggestions to forest tenure reform in Liaoning province.
