摘　　要：2010年8月1日开始实施的JGJ26—2010《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》,贯彻执行至今已一年有余。在工作实践中发现,实施效果不甚理想。究其原因,一方面是部分设计人员对新标准的理解不够全面深入,另一方面则是新标准的部分要求脱离设计人员工作的现实状况。在分析的基础上提出了相应的对策与建议。It has been more than one year since Design Standards for Energy Efficieney of Residential Buildings in Severe Cold and Cold Zones （JGJ26-2010） is implemented and operated. But its effect is not very ideal in practical architecture design. First, some designers do not understand the new standards thoroughly; second, some items of the new standard is far from the realistic situations of the designers＇ working. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed upon the analysis.
