摘　　要：目的建立基于慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的中药寒热药性循证医学数据库,为揭示中药寒热药性的科学内涵,探讨其临床指导意义提供科学支持。方法依据回顾性病例调查方法,制定一套规范化的中药寒热药性临床信息采集表,建立基于Java 2平台企业版(J2EE)技术体系,采用模型—视图—控制器(MVC)三层体系架构的数据库系统。结果该数据库实现了CHB病历资料的录入、存储、修改、检索、统计、图形化显示及维护等功能。结论建立中药寒热性循证医学研究数据库,实现了个体资料、临床资料与医学研究数据的信息融合,为中医药治疗CHB的循证医学研究提供结构化、有序化、标准化、共享化的管理,为中药药性的循证医学研究顺利开展提供信息保障。Objective To establish the evidence-based medicine database of Chinese medicine of cold and warm nature in view of chronic hepatitis B（CHB）so as to reveal the scientific connotation of Chinese medicine of cold and warm nature and explore its significance for clinical guide and provide scientific support.Methods The retrospective analysis was adopted for the case investigation so as to draw up a set of normalized clinical information collection form of Chinese medicine of cold and warm nature and establish Java 2（J2EE）technological system.Model-view-control（MVC）structure of database system was used.Results This database achieved the input,storage,revision,retrieval,statistics,patterning display and maintenance of CHB records.Conclusion The database for the evidence-based medicine research of Chinese medicine of cold and warm nature is established.The information integration is achieved on individual data,clinical data and medical research data.This database provides the structuralized,organized,standardized and sharing management for the evidence-based medicine research in the treatment of CHB with Chinese herbology and ensures the information giving for the smooth development of evidence-based medicine research on the medicine nature of Chinese herbology.
