中西医结合配合食疗治疗老年缺铁性贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年缺铁性贫血简单而有效的治疗方法。方法选用2008～2011年在我院由于慢性病反复住院且贫血诊断明确的老年缺铁性贫血患者。随机分为治疗组和对照组两组。对照组采用传统西药琥珀酸亚铁和维生素C治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药人参归脾丸治疗,同时配合桂圆蛋方食疗。疗程均为2周。观察比较两组患者治疗前后红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)的变化,进而了解贫血的改善程度。结果治疗组较对照组患者各项指标增加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,治疗组患者Hb平均每周增长1～2 g.dL-1。结论中西医结合配合食疗治疗老年人缺铁性贫血疗效显著,疗效明显优于单纯应用传统铁剂治疗。Objective To discuss the simple and effective therapeutic approach to the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia（IDA）for old people.Methods From 2008 to 2011,the patients who were hospitalized repeatedly and diagnosed definitely as senile IDA were collected and randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In control group,the patients were treated with conventional western medicine,ferrous succinate and vitamin C.In treatment group,on the basis of treatment as control group,renshen guipi pills were supplemented,and dietotherapy with longan and egg included was recommended in combination.The duration of treatment was 2 weeks.The changes in RBC,Hb and HCT were observed and compared before and after treatment between two groups so as to understand the improvement in anemia.Results Every indicator in treatment group was obviously improved as compared with control group,presenting statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.The efficacy in treatment group was much superior to that in control group.Hb level in treatment group was increased averagely by 1 to 2 g·dL-1 each week.Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine combined with dietotherapy achieves the significant efficacy on senile IDA.The efficacy is obviously superior to that with conventionally simple administration of ferralia.
