摘　　要：文章分析了顺混流干燥工艺和谷物受热温度对品质的影响 。The technology of concurrent mixed flow drying of grain was investigated. The paper analyzed the rice concurrent mixed flow drying technology and the influence of the drying parameters on the drying rate. The predicted and experimental data are in a good agreement.
