证券交易所的组织性质及其经营、监管激励协调特征分析

摘　　要：以证券交易所为研究对象,首先对证券交易所的复合系统特性进行了分析;其次依据"人力资本专用程度""营利性"和"公共职责"三个标准重新划分了组织的类型;最后界定了证券交易所经营与监管激励协调的内涵。分析表明,为协调交易所的经营与监管决策激励,需设计相应的显性和隐性激励契约机制。Taking stock exchanges as its target,this paper firstly analyzes compound system characteristics of stock exchanges,secondly reclassifies the types of organization based on the criterions of the special degree of human capital,the profitability and the public duty and finally defines the connotations of stock exchanges＇ operation,supervision and incentive coordination.The analysis shows that,in order to coordinate stock exchanges＇ operation,supervision decision-making and encouragement,relevant explicit and implicit incentive contract mechanisms should be designed.
