摘 要:目的考察热毒宁注射液与临床常用输液配伍后的稳定性。方法利用光阻法测定热毒宁注射液在0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液及10%葡萄糖注射液中的不溶性微粒,采用高效液相色谱法测定热毒宁注射液分别与上述注射液配伍放置8h内栀子苷及绿原酸的含量变化,以及溶液外观和pH值的变化。结果热毒宁注射液与上述3种输液配伍后,微粒数均有不同程度增加,与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后8h内pH值以及栀子苷、绿原酸含量均无显著性变化,而与10%葡萄糖溶液配伍4h后pH值及绿原酸含量显著改变(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液与10%葡萄糖注射液不宜配伍,与其余注射液配伍应注意不溶性微粒的问题。Objective To investigate the stability of Reduning injection in different infusion solutions most in use.Methods The insoluble particles of Reduning injection in three infusion fluids were detected respectively by light-blockage method.The contents of geniposide and chlorogenic acid in three mixed solutions within 8h were determined by HPLC respective.And the appearance and pH value of the mixtures were compared.Results After Reduning injection was mixed with each one of the three kinds of infusion solution,the number of particles were increased.The contents of geniposide,chlorogenic acid and pH value had no obvious change in the solution mixed with 0.9 % NS or 5% GS for 8h,but the content of chlorogenic acid and pH value had obvious change in the solution mixed with 10%GS after 4h(P0.05).Conclusions The insoluble particles of Reduning injection should be monitored in clinical application.There is incompatibility between Reduning injection and 10%GS.
