摘　　要：目的探讨影像尿动力学检查在女性压力性尿失禁诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床应用。方法总结临床表现为压力性尿失禁于我院行影像尿动力学检查的15例患者的影像尿动力学特点。结果尿动力学诊断符合压力性尿失禁13例,均于充盈期Valsalva动作时见膀胱颈口开放。排除压力性尿失禁患者2例。结论影像尿动力检查将普通尿动力学与尿路影像结合分析,能更好地对压力性尿失禁进行诊断与鉴别诊断。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of video-urodynamics（VUD） in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods Fifteen patients with clinical manifestations of stress urinary incontinence（SUI） were included and underwent VUD studies and their characteristics of VUD Were summaried.Results Thirteen patients were confirrned as VUD.All of them expressed as that the bladder neck was open during filling phase with Valsalva action.Two patients were not VUD.Conclusions Video-urodynamics study combines ordinary Urodynamics with urinary tract imaging and makes it more valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence.
