锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折应用锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法对邯郸市中医院2008年9月至2011年4月收治的股骨粗隆间骨折31例,应用锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组31例股骨粗隆间骨折患者平均手术时间50～80min,术中出血量为260～600ml,平均350ml;住院时间0.5～4个月;全部骨性愈合,按Merled、Aubigne-Postel髋关节功能评分标准:优:15例,良13例,中2例,差1例,优良率90.3%。结论解剖锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床骨折愈合率高,手术时间短,患者康复活动早,并发症低,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anatomic locking plate in fixation of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods The hospital from September 2008 to April 2011 treated intertrochanteric fractures in 31 cases,under went locking plate fixation of anatomical and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Totally 31 patients with intertrochanteric fractures with an average operation time 50~80 minutes,blood loss was 260~600ml,an average of 350 ml;Hospital stay from 0.5 to 4 months;All bone healing,according to Merled,Aubigne-Postel hip function scoring： excellent in 15 cases,good in 13 cases,passable in 2 cases and poor in 1 case,good rate of 90.3%.Conclusions The anatomic locking plate for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures was high healing rate,shorten operation time,early rehabilitation,complications is low,should be widely used.
