代文和雅施达联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察代文(缬沙坦)和雅施达(培哚普利)联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择防空兵学院的慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予代文(缬沙坦)80mg/d和雅施达(培哚普利)40mg/d,随访半年,观察治疗后的两组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD),左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组心率、收缩压,舒张压、LVESD、LVEDD及LVEF均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论代文(缬沙坦)联合雅施达(培哚普利)治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效好于常规治疗,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Diovan（valsartan） and Acertil（perindopril） in failwve treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods The chronic congestive heart failwre（CHF） 86 patients in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Anti-heart failure control group received conventional treatment,the treatment group given conventional therapy Diovan（Valsartan） 80mg/d and Acertil（perindopril） 40mg/d,the two groups were observed after treatment,heart rate,contraction pressure,diastolic blood pressure,left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESD）,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） changes.Results The results compared with the control group,the observation group heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF were significantly improved（P0.05）.Conclusions Diovan（valsartan） joint Acertil（perindopril） in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure more effective than conventional treatment,worthy of promotion.
