椎弓根钉棒系统在胸腰椎骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法应用椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折59例,采用Frankel分级结合X线片、CT影像表现判断疗效。结果术后各项影像学指标均有明显改善,患者术后神经功能Frankel分级大多数都有2～4级提高。结论椎弓根钉棒系统内固定是治疗胸腰椎骨折的一种有效方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of posterior internal fixation of vertebral pedicle screw and rod system for thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods Totally 59 patients with thoracic or lumbar vertebral fractures were treated with internal fixation of vertebral pedicle screw and rod system.The Frankel scale combined with X ray and CT images was used for the judgment of efficacy.Results Radiographic parameters were significantly improved after the experiment,the Frankel degree of cases with nerve injury symptoms was improved 2-4 degrees after surgery.Conclusions Internal fixation of vertebral pedicle screw and rod system is efficient for thoraco lumbar spine fractures.
