摘　　要：1型糖尿病是把自身免疫系统对胰岛β细胞进行特异性损伤作为特征的自身免疫疾病,其中β细胞自身抗原,T淋巴细胞,B淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞对胰岛β细胞的损伤起重要作用。Type 1 diabetes mellitus （T1 DM） is an autoimmune disease resulting from progressive specific destruction of the insulin - producing β - cells in the pancreatic islets by the immune system. T1 DM is a disease of muhifactorial inheritance, many complicated interacted factors and immune cells, such as β - cell autoantigens, T cells, B cells and macrophages contribute to its pathogenesis.
