摘　　要：从计划经济到社会主义市场经济体制的变革过程中,社区的变革相伴随行。社区建设的目标是建设"社会生活共同体"。在"社会生活共同体"的建设中,社区文化建设有着重要的作用。对关于社区建设的主要思想成果进行了梳理,在此基础上提出社区文化建设具有价值观引领作用和凝聚人心的作用,并对如何搞好社区文化建设提出了自己的看法。In the process of change from the planed economy to the socialist market economy, the reconstruction of the community must be accompanied. In this process, the culture reconstruction is the important part. Reviewing the main achievements about the community construction, the cultural construction of the community which plays a very important role is suggested that can lead the thoughts of values of the people and can unite the residents.
