摘　　要：目的探讨针刺结合TDP照射治疗产后尿潴留患者的护理。方法回顾性分析156例产后尿潴留患者实施针刺结合TDP照射治疗的护理情况。结果 151例治愈,5例明显改善,无1例再需导尿。结论对产后尿潴留实施针刺结合TDP照射治疗,同时予以精心的护理,能有效促进产妇排尿,治愈尿潴留。Objective To explore the acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation after nursing for patients with postpartum retention of urine.Methods 156 cases of postpartum urinary retention treated by acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of postoperative care.Results Only 5 cases of patients with bladder urine volume 100 mL,with no longer urethral catheterization.Conclusion The postpartum urine retention acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation implement nursing can be effective in promoting maternal voiding,cure urinary retention.
