摘　　要：社会动员是卫生项目工作的策略之一 ,由启动者、参与者、投入和产出四大要素组成 ,其运作过程包括现状分析与目标确定 ,传播 ,社区组织 ,网络与联盟建设 ,倡议与游说 ,资源筹集 ,社会行动。社会动员的核心是面对不同工作对象采取不同的传播和教育方法而改善其知识、态度、技能和行为 ,从而实现项目目标。Social mobilization consists of initiativer,participamt,input and autput,its operation process includs of situation analysis and objective setting,communication,community organization,metworking and alliance builoling,advocacy and lobbying,resoure raising,social action.The focus of social mobilization is using different methods of communication and education to different objects for improving their related knowledge,attitudes,skills and behaviors in order to achive the goals of health project.
