摘 要:目的 研究常规MRI对显示正常及异常乳头丘脑束的价值。方法 对 2 3例健康志愿者进行了常规MR扫描 ,并对其乳头体和乳头丘脑束的大小及信号强度进行比较分析 ,同时还对 2例有乳头体萎缩的病人进行了相同的分析。结果 在常规MRI轴面T2 WI上可以清楚显示所有正常健康志愿者的乳头丘脑束、穹窿及乳头体。正常乳头丘脑束及乳头体两侧对称 ,信号均匀 ,与穹窿的信号一致 ;异常的乳头体表现为两侧不对称 ,一侧明显变小 ,并且乳头丘脑束显示不清。结论 常规MRI可以作为观察正常及异常乳头丘脑束。Objective To investigate the visualization of normal and abnormal appearances of the mamillothalamic tract on conventional MR images Methods Axial T 2WI and T 1WI were obtained in 23 healthy volunteers and 2 patients with brain abnormality Coronal images were also obtained in some subjects The size and signal intensity of the normal and abnormal mamillothalamic tracts and the mamillary body were analyzed Results All the normal and abnormal mamillothalamic tract and mamillary body could be easily demonstrated on conventional MR T 2WI The normal mamillothalamic tracts and mamillary bodies were symmetric in size and signal intensity The abnormal mamillary bodies were identified as asymmetric in size Conclusion Conventional MR could be an effective method in the demonstration of the normal and abnormal mamillothalamic tract, fornix and mamillary body
