当归芍药散治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

摘　　要：采用当归芍药散治疗血管性痴呆 37例 ,并设脑复康治疗 31例为对照组。结果 :治疗两个月后 ,治疗组显效 14例 ,有效 18例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率为 86 .49% ;对照组显效 3例 ,有效 15例 ,无效 13例 ,总有效率为 5 8.0 6 % ;两组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。提示当归芍药散治疗脑血管性痴呆疗效肯定。cases patients of vascular dementia were treated with Danggui Shaoyao powder (DSP) and the control group of 31 cases was treated with Naofukang.Results:Two months later,in the treatment group,14 cases were remarkably effective,18 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 86.47%;While in the control group,it respectively was 3,15,13 and the total effective rate was 58.06%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).
