中西医结合治疗肺结核60例

摘　　要：应用西药化疗的同时 ,并用中药当归补血汤加四君子汤加减治疗初治、菌阳、继发型肺结核 6 0例 ,与单纯西药抗结核治疗 6 0例对照观察。结果 :治疗 2个月后痰菌阴转率治疗组明显高于对照组 (χ2 =7.35 ,P<0 .0 1) ;3个月后 ,肺部病灶的显效率治疗组亦明显高于对照组 (χ2 =8.79,P<0 .0 1) ;化疗结束后 ,胸部 X线表现的后遗损害治疗组低于对照组 (χ2 =3.87,P<0 .0 5 )cases of primary and secondary tuberculosis were treated with chemical therapy and TCM Danggui Buxue Decoction (当归补血汤)and Modified Sijunzi Decoction (四君子汤加减),and 60 cases treated only with WM anti tuberculosis were set up as the control group.Results:After two months treatment,the negative rate of sputum TB in the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group's(χ 2=7 35,P<0 01).After three months treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was also found much higher than that of the control group's(χ 2=8 79,P<0 01).After the whole course of treatment,chest X ray sequelae of the treated group is more than that of the control group (χ 2=3 87,P<0 05).
