糖尿病康复仪临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探索非药物疗法长期治疗糖尿病的方法。方法 :用糖尿病康复仪治疗糖尿病 6 1例 ,并与单纯降糖药物治疗40例作对照 ,观察两组空腹、餐后 2小时血糖及空腹、餐后 2小时胰岛素参数。结果 :治疗组显效率 (70 .5 2 % )优于对照组(40 % ,P<0 .0 1) ;治疗后血糖和胰岛素参数 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :糖尿病康复仪可改善机体的微循环系统 ,使胰岛功能得到修复 ;增加外周组织对葡萄糖的利用 ;使胰岛素敏感性增强。Objective:To explore the no drug methods for treating diabetes mellitus(DM).Method:Sixty one diabetes mellitus patients were treated by the instrument for DM and 40 cases treated only by WM were set up as the control group.The author observed the results,evaluated the quantity of blood sugar and insulin on the time of empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch.Result:the remarkably effective rate of the treated group was higher than that of the control group,the former was 70.52%,and the latter was 40%(P<0.01);The index of blood sugar and insulin of the treatment group were also better than the control group's(P<0.05).Conclusion:The instrument for DM could improve microcirculation,have pancreas repaired,increase the glucose quantity used by outsides tissue and enhance the sensitivity of pancreas to insulin.
