应用骨间前神经转位移植的方法重建鱼际肌功能

摘　　要：腕部正中神经断裂直接吻合后感觉功能恢复良好，而内在肌功能不能恢复。我们根据韩震等的解剖学研究，采用骨间前神经转位移植修复鱼际肌支，重建拇外展功能获得成功。The function of senstion was recovered satisfartory aftor tbe direct anastomoois of wrist median nerve injury, but the function of nexor muscle could not be recovered.Based on the analomical studies of Han Zheng's, We have transferred the arterior interosseous nerve for func-honal repair of thenar muscles. The result showed that the funclion of thunth's abductor was reconsbocled successfal-ly.
