摘　　要：目的 :以四氯苯酐为原料 ,经缩合、氟化合成重要中间体 N-苯基四氟邻苯二甲酰亚胺。方法 :采用氟化钾为氟化剂 ,研究了氟化反应过程中相转移催化剂、溶剂和反应时间对氟化物转化率的影响。结果 :以 DMF为溶剂 ,加入相转移催化剂 PEG- 6 0 0 0 ,反应时间 8小时 ,温度控制在 15 0℃ ,收率可达 86 %。结论 :反应条件温和 。OBJECTIVE:A facile preparation of N phenyltetrafluorophthalimide starting from tetrachlorophth alic anhydride via imidation,fluorination was described.METHODS:This paper reports the study on the phase transfer catalysts,solvent,reaction time and their effects on converted yield in the fluorinated reaction.RESULTS:In the presence of PEG 6000 in DMF,kept at 150℃ for 8 h and the yield reached 86%.CONCLUSION:The method is more suitable for mass manufacture.
