酸性色素萃取比色法测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量测定法。方法 :采用溴甲酚绿在 p H5 .0醋酸 -醋酸钠缓冲液中 ,测定盐酸普鲁卡因的含量。结果 :平均回收率为 (10 1.7± 0 .72 ) % ,RSD为 0 .71% (n=6 )。结论 :方法准确、灵敏。OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of procaine hydrochloride injection.METHODS:The content can be determined by colorimetry of acidic pigment ion pair made of bromocresol green and procaine hydrochloride in a buffer solution of acetic acid sodium acetate with pH5.0.RESULTS:The average recovery is (101.7±0.72)% and RSD is 0.71%( n =6) CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive,the result is accurate and easily reobtained.It may be used to determine the content of procaine hydrochloride injection.
