摘 要:目的 观察不同方法固定后的松质骨骨折愈合的超微结构变化。 方法 采用成年新西兰兔 30只 ,在兔股骨髁间做完全截骨后 ,分别采用屈膝位长腿石膏固定、皮质骨和松质骨螺丝钉内固定。术后 3d、1,2 ,3,6周截取标本进行透射电镜观察。 结果 不同方法固定除对松质骨骨折愈合过程中的成纤维细胞出现时间无明显影响外 ,对成纤维细胞和成软骨细胞变性以及成骨细胞功能有着十分明显的影响。还观察到松质骨骨折愈合中成纤维细胞也参与新骨形成。 结论 不同力学环境对松质骨骨折愈合过程中的超微结构有着不同的影响。Objective [WT5”BZ]To observe the ultrastructural changes during fracture healing of cancellous bone after different fixations. Methods Thirty adult New Zealand rabbits were used in this experiment. After a complete osteotomy between the medial and lateral femoral condyle was done, the animals were fixed with plaster, cortical and cancellous screw fixation, respectively. The distal femoral condyle was osteotomized at 3 days, and 1,2, 3 and 6 weeks,and then observed under transmission electron microscope. Results Different fixations had significant influence on degeneration of fibroblast and chondrocyte as well as function of osteoblast during fracture healing of cancellous bone except appearance of fibroblast. A new bone formation of fibroblast was also observed during fracture healing of cancellous bone. Conclusions Various mechanical environment had different influence on ultrastructure during fracture healing of cancellous bone.
