摘　　要：目的分析四川大学华西医院麻醉性镇痛药应用的现状及趋势,并行客观评价。方法对2008年-2010年四川大学华西医院麻醉性镇痛药品的种类、用量、金额、用药频度等进行归类统计、比较和分析。结果住院部使用麻醉药品的用量及金额呈上升趋势。临床应用以芬太尼类居首。新型麻醉药品的应用也有上升趋势。结论麻醉性镇痛药的应用基本合理,但创建无痛医院仍需进一步完善,并提交合理用药水平。Objective To research on the present situation and trend of anesthetic drugs application in West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and to provide objective comments. Methods We categorized, comp^ed and analyzed the types, total amount, cost, and defined daily dose of anesthetic drugs in West China hospital from 2008 to 2010. Results Inpatient use and its cost of anesthetic drugs in our hospital tended to increase. In clinical application, Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection was mostly used. The application of new types of anesthetic drugs also increased. Conclusion The utilization of anesthetic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable, but creating a painless hospital still remains to be further improved.
