摘  要:目的:建立一种快速、简便的粉底类化妆品前处理方法以及用ICP-MS对消化液中砷的测定方法。方法:样品分别经HNO3-H2SO4湿式消解和HNO3-HF微波消解后定容到一定体积,然后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,用混和内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果:使用HNO3-H2SO4湿式消解进行前处理获得的结果偏低,HNO3-HF微波消解法获得结果精密度均优于3%,回收率介于95%~100%。结论:对于粉底类化妆品使用HNO3-H2SO4湿式消解法很难在短时间内将样品彻底消化,而HNO3-HF微波消解法可以快速的对样品进行彻底消化并且ICP-MS的测定结果比较满意。Objective: To develop a method for pre-treatment and determination of arsenic in liquid foundation by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods: After HNO3-H2SO4 wet digestion and HNO3-HF microwave digestion respectively,the samples were determined directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and mixed internal standard was used to correct matrix interference and signal drifting.Results: The results of pre-treatment obtained using HNO3-H2SO4 wet digestion were lower than those using HNO3-HF microwave digestion.The RSDs of the latter were less than 3.0%,recoveries were 95%~110%.Conclusion: Liquid foundation samples could not be digested completely by HNO3-H2SO4 wet digestion,while HNO3-HF microwave digestion can complete the digestion rapidly with good determination results by ICP-MS.
