眼科医院消毒监测中相关细菌的鉴定及药敏分析

摘  要:目的:分析温州医学院附属眼视光医院环境中存在的主要菌种及其耐药情况。方法:选取本院2009年3月-2010年2月期间空气和物表培养阳性的标本,进行菌种鉴定并用K-B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,分析我院环境菌分布特点。结果:共分离168株,革兰阳性菌144株,占87.8%,主要以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、微球菌、革兰阳性杆菌为主;革兰阴性杆菌占9.5%,主要由大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌构成。体外药敏试验发现,144株革兰阳性菌对左氧氟沙星的敏感率大于75.0%,未发现对万古霉素耐药的菌株,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)中耐甲氧西林菌株占25.0%。结论:我院消毒工作监测中的菌种主要以革兰阳性菌为主,菌种的鉴定及药敏分析,有助于预防医院感染的发生,并可指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。Objective: To analyze the main bacteria and their drug resistance in the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College.Methods: Bacteria cultured positive in the air and the surface of materials in our hospital from Mar.2009 to Feb.2010 were identified and drug susceptibility test of which was performed on strains using standard Kirby-Bauer method.Combined with the actual working,distribution of bacteria was determined in our hospital environment.Results: A total of 168 strains bacteria were isolated through culturing,among which 144 strains were Gram-positive cocci,accounting for 87.8%, which mainly consisted of coagulase-negative staphylococcus,Micrococcus and Gram-positive bacteria;.Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 9.5%,mainly consisting of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.In vitro drug sensitivity tests showed that 144 strains Gram-negative bacilli were more sensitive to levofloxacin, with sensitive rate above 75.0%,and no vancomycin-resistant strains was found, methicillin-resistant strains accounted for 25%.Conclusion: Gram-positive bacteria were the most bacteria monitored in the hospital disinfectant work.Identification and drug sensitivity analysis of these bacteria were helpful for prevention of infection in hospita1 and reasonable application of antibiotics in clinic.
