摘　　要：构建信息化水平评价体系对指导城市信息化建设具有重要的意义,本文从城市信息基础设施、城市信息技术利用、城市信息环境、城市市民信息素养及城市信息化风险管理五方面分析城市信息化水平,强调信息技术利用及城市信息发展潜力水平对信息化水平的影响。建立的信息化评价体系,为城市管理者掌握城市信息化水平,进行信息化决策提供支持。Construction of an evaluation system for city information is very important for directing the city development.In this paper,infrastructure of city information,utilization of city information technologies,environment of city information,information literacy of the residents and risk management of city information are used as the five indexes to analyze the city informationization level.The utilization of city information technologies and the development potential of city information are thought the two important components in the evaluation system for the city informationization level.The evaluation system set up in the paper can help decision department understanding the city informationization level as well as provide support for the decision department.
