摘 要:近年来进口铁矿粉质量日趋劣化,马钢烧结所用A粉、B粉、F粉和H粉粗粒级+6.3mm部分增加趋势明显。烧结试验研究表明:进口粉矿中+6.3mm粒级增加后,烧结料层的原始透气性变好,利用系数和烧结速度均有所改善,烧结矿成品率、强度则在一定的粒级组成下有所改善;粒度继续变粗后,成品率和转鼓强度反而变差。采取适当降低混合料水分、保持或略增焦粉配比等措施,有利于烧结矿成品率和转鼓强度指标改善。The quality of imported ores is getting worse and worse in recent years.For the imported ore fines A,B,F and H,the fraction +6.3 mm are increasing significantly at Masteel.Test results show that when the fraction +6.3 mm were increased,green bed permeability was improved,sintering productivity and speed increased,sintering yield and trumbler strength were improved in a certain size region.Further increase in fraction +6.3 mm,however,both sintering yield and trumbler strength got worse.Some effective measures could regain the sintering yield and trumbler strength.They included a moderate decrease in sinter mix moisture and a maintained constant or slight increase in coke ratio level.
