钢板螺钉内固定取出困难的方法分析及临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析钢板螺钉内固定术后螺钉取出困难的原因,探讨相应的取出方法。方法收集2005年08月至2011年12月6年间本院诊治的骨折内固定术后患者,其中发现螺钉滑丝、螺钉帽破坏、螺钉断裂、断钉残留等病例进行临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果内固定物取出包括螺钉帽破坏12枚、螺钉滑丝11枚、螺钉断裂8枚、断钉残留1枚。本组病例经采用相应的措施均成功取出。结论内固定时间愈长钢板螺钉取出困难的发生率愈高,同时在钢板内固定时,要严格按照AO原则操作,正确使用限制扭伤螺钉防止螺钉尾和钢板螺钉断裂,造成以后取出困难。Objective To analysis the plate screw internal fixation screws removed after the difficult reason, discuss corresponding removal method. Methods To collect 2005.08-2011.12 months 6 years the hospital for treatment of fracture patients after underwent internal fixation, which found that the screw slide wire, screw cap screw breakage, damage, residual broken nail and other clinical data were retrospectively ana- lyzed. Results The extraction of internal fixation devices including screw cap dainage 12, screw slide wire 11, screw fracture 8, residual broken nail 1. This group of cases by adopting corresponding measures were success- fully removed. Conclusion The longer the plate and screw fixation of the difficulty of removing rate is higher, at the same time in plate fixation, in strict accordance with the AO principle of operation, the proper use of limit strain screw to prevent screw tail and plate and screw breakage, causing subsequent difficult removal.
