急性心肌梗死PCI治疗术再灌注心律失常的观察研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死直接冠脉介入治疗术中再灌注心律失常的观察和护理方法。方法 70例再灌注心律失常患者给予充分的术前准备及密切的术中观察和配合。结果及时的发现和处理,所有发生再灌注心律失常患者均已控制,手术效果满意。结论充分的术前准备,保持通畅的静脉通路,维持血流动力学相对稳定,动脉压力图形、心率、心律变化的严密观察,是保证手术成功的重要因素。Objective To discuss the observation and nursing care of reperfusion arrhythmias in pa- tients with acute myocardial infraction treated by direct PCI. Methods Sufficient preoperative preparation was given to 70 patients with reperfusion arrhythmias, observation and close cooperation were carried out correctly during the operation. Results All patients of RA were successfully controlled with close observation and treat- ment. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation, keeping vein unobstructed, maintaining hemodynamic relatively stable, monitoring of artery pressure, monitoring of heart rate and monitoring of cardiac rhythm are the key to the success of operation.
