摘　　要：现代医院的发展,亟需建设一支高绩效的管理干部队伍,这同时也是医疗体制改革不断深化、医院走向国际化的必然趋势,是全面提高医院质量和效益目标的根本保证,是全面提高医院各类人才素质的必然要求。本文客观的分析了当前医疗体制改革中存在的问题及原因,着力探讨加强高绩效管理干部队伍建设的基本路径。Pick of modern hospital development, earnestly needs to build a high performance manage- ment cadre team, it is also the medical system reform is deepened ceaselessly, the hospital to the inevitable trend of internationalization, is to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of hospital to assure of the target at all, is to comprehensively improve the quality of talents is the inevitable requirement of hospital. In this paper, an objective analysis of the current reform of the medical system and the reasons for the problems, focus on strengthening the management of cadres construction basic path.
