多功能园林作业机工作臂的优化分析

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市园林绿化机械也得到了很大的发展。近年来多功能园林作业机在发达国家的城市园林绿化建设中开始崭露头角。本文介绍了一种多功能园林作业机,阐述了该机的工作原理、结构特点以及技术难点。重点分析了该多功能作业机工作臂的受力状况,通过对工作臂的有限元分析,得出了两种工作臂在同样载荷作用下的应力应变,最后根据分析结果提出了优化方案。With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,urban landscape machinery developes quickly.In recent years,multi-functional machinery for gardens has been used for the construction of the urban landscape in some developed countries.This paper introduces a kind of multi-functional machinery for gardens,and expounds its working principle,structure features and technical difficulties.By the stress condition analysis and the finite element analysis of the working arm,the strain of the two kinds of working arm is concluded in the same load stress.Finally the paper puts forward the optimization schemes according to the results of analysis.
