摘　　要：到目前为止,高效液相色谱仪及其与质谱仪的联用设备已经成为检测和研究工作的重要工具。高效液相色谱法对分析极性、难挥发和不稳定化合物是必不可少的,所以被广泛用于许多领域。不过,挥之不去的故障阴影在常规操作过程中总是影响测试结果的准确性和引起运行中断的运转效率。作为交流和参考用材料,本文提供了使用高效液相色谱仪例行分析过程中日常所遇到的故障问题(表现在泵、峰形、基线等方面)、原因分析及解决方法。Till now,high performance liquid chromatograph（HPLC） and its coupled instrument with mass spectrometer（HPLC-MS） have become very important tools for the examining and research work.HPLC is indispensable to the analysis of polar,non-volatile and labile compounds,so it is widely applied in many fields.However,the failures-as a shadow around analysts always affect the accuracy of testing results and operating efficiency from running-breakdown in routine process.We offered some materials used for experience exchange and reference including six kinds of the phenomena of common failures（reflected on pump,peak shape,baseline etc.）,the causes leading to their failures and the preliminary solving ways in this paper.
