摘　　要：高等学校固定资产是国有资产的重要组成部分,是发展高等教育的物质基础,也是衡量高校办学规模和质量的重要指标。文章对我国高校资产存在的问题进行了汇总,同时也介绍了提高高校资产利用率的相关建议。Fixed assets of colleges and universities is an important part of the state-owned assets, is the material basis for the development of higher education, is also an important indicator to measure the scale and quality of running school. The article summarized the problems of Chinese colleges and universities＂ assets, and nut forward the relevant recommendations to improve the utilization of assets of colleges and universities.
