信息系统项目的配置管理研究

摘　　要：信息系统项目的建设是复杂的、开放的,文档资料的层出不穷及版本更新频繁,需要一种管理方法对各个过程文档及过程资产进行有效管理,为此,引入了配置管理概念,配置管理是信息系统软件管理中特有的方法。在此基础上,阐述了信息系统项目配置管理的过程框架,提供了配置管理的各个过程及步骤,进一步研究了各个过程的管理方法,分析了配置管理的管理路径,最后简单介绍了几种配置管理工具,从而指导信息化系统过程的规范化、文档化及步骤化,为信息化系统的管理提供了一种新的手段及新的思路。Information system project construction is complex and open. Documents and version are updated frequently. A kind of management method for each process documentation and process management assets is needed. Therefore, we introduce the concept of configuration management. Configuration management is a characteristic method for the management of information system software. On this foundation, the article elaborates the information system project configuration management process framework and provides each process and step for configuration management, further study the management method of various processes and analyzes configuration management path. Finally, it introduces briefly some configuration management tools, so as to guide the standardization, documentation and steps of information system and put a new mean and new idea for the information system management.
