摘　　要：高校辅导员制度历经近一个世纪发展演化,体现出其时代功能与价值特征。本文通过探讨分析并提出新时期辅导员制度优化思考,以促进高校辅导员制度和高校思想政治教育的进一步发展。The appearance, formation and complete development of the system of university counselors took nearly a century, which showed its function and value. The essay discussed and analyzed the optimization for the system of university counselors, which promoted it and strengthened the ideological and political education for development in new period.
