摘　　要：马克思主义的实践性和人民性,决定了理论是人民群众实践经验的总结和升华。在改革开放的伟大实践中,人民群众迸发了巨大的创造性。中国共产党尊重、总结人民群众的经验,并将其提炼、升华为指导实践的理论。中国特色社会主义理论是人民群众首创精神与党的领导有机结合的典范。It is determined by the practicality and people orientation of Marxism that theory is the summarization and sublimation of people＇s practical experiences.Chinese people have shown much creativity in the great practice of reform and opening-up.The CPC respects and sums up the people＇s experiences and sublimates them into theories guiding practice.The theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a typical model of organically combining the people＇s initiative with the Party＇s leadership.
