摘　　要："天人合一"思想是中国古代占统治地位的世界观,也是中国传统文化的哲学基石。受"天人合一"思想的影响,中国古代法律呈现出等级化、伦理化、刑法化、和谐化的特征,对中华法系产生了深远影响。The idea of the integration of nature and man is the dominant worldview in ancient China,as well as the philosophical base of Chinese traditional culture.With the influence of this idea,the ancient Chinese law had hierarchical,ethic-oriented,criminal-law-preferred,and harmony-oriented features.The profound influence of Chinese traditional culture on China＇s legal system can be seen from the features.
