摘　　要：水电上网价格受制于国家的能源政策、投资政策和电价体系。为促进我国水电工程发展,对水电现状和水电价格进行分析,依据现行法规中对水电价格的解释,提出对水电价格改革的几点思考,供有关部门在进行水电价格改革时参考。The on-grid price of hydropower is under the control of the national energy policy, investment policy and electricity price system. In order to promote the development of hydropower projects in China, the current situations of hydropower and its electricity price are investigated. Some thoughts about the reform of electricity price of hydropower are put forward based on its interpretation in the existing laws and regulations. It will be helpful for the relevant departments to make reform decisions.
