幽门螺杆菌^14C-尿素呼气试验放射活度与其它检测方法比较研究

摘　　要：目的 通过幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）＾１４Ｃ－尿素呼气试验（＾１４Ｃ－ＵＢＴ）不同放射活度（ｄｐｍ）与Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ－Ｓｔａｒｒｙ银染色病理组织学（以下称病理组织学）、快速尿素酶试验（ＲＵＴ）对比，研究同有ｄｐｍ阳性值与后两种方法Ｈｐ检出关系。方法选择近期未用过抗菌素、铋剂和质子泵抑制的４８例慢性胃病患者，同时不同＾１４Ｃ－ＵＢＴ、病理组织学和ＲＵＴ，三项阳性者确定为Ｈｐ感染。结果 Ｈｐ感染者３２例。Purpose:To study the relativity of HP 14 C UBT dpm with Warthin Stairy silver staining pathophysiology and RUT.Methods:48 chronic stomach disease patients without taking antibiotic,bismuth agent and proton pump inhibitor recently were chosen to be examinated.They were detected by 14 C UBT,pathophysiology and RUT.They were diagnosed HP influence if two of the three examination items were positive.Result:32 patients were in HP influence with 14 C-UBT>1000dpm,>300dpm 1000dpm,>200dpm 300dpm;The detectable rate in pathophysiology of them is 100%,(10/10),(18/18),(4/4);The positive rates in RUT of them were 80%(8/10),72%(13/18),25%(1/4);Pathophysiology and RUT of the other 4 patients with dpm 300 1000 were all negative.12 patientss dpm were lower than 150 3 patientss pathophysiologic bacterial amount were under or among them;One patients RUT was equivocally positive among them;The others were all negative.Conclusion:Various dpm of 14 C UBT is high correlative with pathophysiology.The positive rate of RUT is descending with the decline of dpm.Its especially obvious when dpm is lower than 300.
