钢桥面铺装环氧沥青配合比设计及性能研究

摘　　要：桥面铺装是桥梁行车体系重要的组成部分,它的好坏直接影响到行车的安全性、舒适性、桥梁耐久性以及投资效益和社会效益。结合上海昌吉东路大桥的有关情况,总结介绍了钢桥面铺装环氧沥青材料要求、配合比设计,同时对钢桥用环氧沥青的水稳定、高温稳定性以及变形协调性进行研究。研究结果表明:钢桥用环氧沥青具有优良的高温稳定性能和水稳定性能,相比其他混合料它也有较强的变形协调性能。Bridge deck pavement is an important component of bridge system,directly impacts on driving safety and comfort,bridge durability,investment returns and social benefits.Based on East Changji road bridge practice,this paper introduces the requirements and mixture design of epoxy asphalt mixture on steel bridge deck pavement.Moisture stability,high temperature stability and deformation coordination of epoxy asphalt mixture were studied.The results show that epoxy asphalt mixture has excellent high temperature stability and moisture stability,and strong deformation coordination performance compared to other mixture.
