摘　　要：实施西电东送是解决广东用电需要的重要途径。回顾了"十一五"西电送广东的成效和存在的问题,就做好"十二五"及中远期广东的电源发展规划,提出如下3点建议:关注广东合理的受电比例以及本区与外区电源优势互补问题;规划好保障性电源的建设,降低广东能源对外的依赖性;积极寻求降低受电和发电成本的有效措施。The West-to-Guangdong power transmission is an important approach to meet the power demand of Guangdong.Reviewing the West-to-Guangdong power transmission during the 11th Five-year Plan Period,this paper puts forward suggestions on the power development of Guangdong in 12th Five-year period and the future as follows： to pay close attention to the rational rate of receiving power in Guangdong and the complementary advantages of both the powers from the inside and outside;to make well planning of the critical power in Guangdong so to depress its dependency on the outside power;to take more effective measures to reduce power receiving cost and generation cost.
