摘  要:首次探索在复合载体中添加河沙制备固定化小球,通过包埋固定化复合菌,用于处理养猪废水,并以水体中氨氮去除率为指标考察了影响养猪废水降解的各种因素,通过实验优化了固定化小球制备的工艺条件。试验结果表明:当聚乙烯醇(PVA)、海藻酸钠(SA)、河沙和包菌量分别为9.0%,0.7%,2.0%,20.0%时,制备的小球对养猪废水中氨氮的去除效果最好。可见,以河沙作为添加剂包埋固定化复合菌技术去除养猪废水中的氨氮是可行的。This paper pioneered exploration of piggery wastewater treatment by adding sand in composite carriers to make small fixed balls.Factors affecting degradation of piggery wastewater were studied using removal rate of ammonia nitrogen as an indicator.The process conditions for making small fixed balls were optimized based on tests.The results showed that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in piggery wastewater was the best when polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),sodium alginate(SA),sand and microorganism were 9.0%,0.7%,2.0% and 20.0% respectively.Therefore,removal of ammonia nitrogen in piggery wastewater by adding sand as additive for embedding fixed composite microorganisms is feasible
