摘　　要：地方政府投融资平台面临的风险分为内部风险和外部风险,内部风险表现为融资风险和经营风险等,外部风险表现为经济发展停滞风险和财政体系风险、银行信贷风险和金融系统性风险等。应规范地方政府投融资平台建设和管理;拓展投融资平台融资渠道,分散融资风险;提高自身收益能力,防范持续经营风险;加快转变地方经济发展方式,防范经济停滞风险;加快财政制度改革,防范财政体系风险;加强贷款控制,防范银行信贷风险;建立内部风险控制机制,防范系统性风险。The risk facing the local government investment and financing platform is divided into internal risk and external risk.Internal risk includes financing risks,business risks and external risk includes the economic development stagnation risk,the financial system risk,bank credit risk and financial systemic risk etc.Recommendations are as follows,regulating local government investment and the construction and management of financing platform,expanding the financing channels of investment and financing platform,decentralizing financing risks,improving their earning power to prevent the risk of continuing operations,accelerating the transformation of local economic development mode to prevent the risk of economic stagnation,speeding up the reform of the financial system to prevent financial system risk,strengthening the control the loan to prevent banks from credit risk,establishing the internal risk control mechanism to prevent systemic risk.
