基于产业转移理论的中国鲁西南地区文化产业发展对策研究

摘　　要：鲁西南地区作为山东地区腹地,是中华文明的发源地,文化资源丰富,具备承接东部产业转移发展文化产业的优势与机遇。从产业转移理论入手,通过对鲁西南地区承接山东省东部产业转移,发展文化产业的背景、文化资源优势和区域粘性进行研究,提出科学统筹规划,加大鲁西南地区文化产业创新力度,完善产业发展环境等对策建议。Although Shandong Province economy is prosperous,its unbalanced development has seriously limited economic coordinate development.The southwest of Shandong Province is lack of development power and has faced the problems of economic transformation and the industrial structure updating,which urgently needs to complete the industrial transfer.The southwest of Shandong province has affluent cultural resources,has advantages and opportunities to develop the cultural transfer.This paper based on the theory of industrial transfer by exploring the development of cultural industry＇s background,resource advantages and regional viscous in the Southwest of Shandong,finally put forward several relevant suggestions.
