摘　　要：目的探讨常温局部氧疗辅治细菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法将64例细菌性角膜溃疡患者按入院时间分为对照组30例和观察组34例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用常温局部氧疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗第3天、第7天疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组均无并发症发生。结论常温局部氧疗对细菌性角膜溃疡愈合有良好的促进作用。Objective To explore the effects of local oxygen therapy at room temperature on bacterial corneal ulcers.Methods A total of 64 patients were selected and divided into a control group of 30 and an observation group of 34 according to chronological orders of the admission dates.The control group were subjected to medication therapy,while their counterparts additionally were assigned to local oxygen therapy at room temperature.Results The results measured on the 3rd and the 7th treatment day respectively had significant differences between the two groups（P0.01 for both）.There were no complications in the two groups.Conclusion Local oxygen therapy at room temperature assists in healing of bacterial corneal ulcers.
