摘　　要：目的建立经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（PICC）标准化护理模式，并对其实施效果进行评价。方法在PICC置管操作者资格认定的基础上，建立一套完整的PICC安全管理模式，并进行质量管理。结果42例置管患者中，全部符合置管适应征，一次置管成功40例，置管失败2例，发生并发症3例。结论PICC标准化护理模式的建立与实施，能提高置管成功率，降低并发症，有效地保证了PICC置管患者置管过程中及使用期间的安全。Objective To establish standardized nursing practice for peripherally inserted central catheter （ PICC ） and to evaluate its effectiveness. Methods A perfect management mode for safe PICC was established based on the determination of the qualified PICC operators, and then quality control was performed. Results All of the 42 patients who were supposed to receive placement of PICC met the criteria for PICC placement. PICC was successfully placed in 40 patients but failed in 2. Catheter-related complications occurred in 3 of the patients. Conclusions The establishment and implementation of standardized nursing practice for PICC can increase the success rate of placement and lower the incidence of complications, ensuring patient safety during and after the procedure.
