黛力新联合拜新同治疗伴有焦虑症状老年性高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黛力新（氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片）联合拜新同（硝苯地平控释片）治疗伴有焦虑症状老年性高血压的效果。方法将179例老年性高血压患者随机分为两组，观察组90例，用黛力新联合拜新同治疗3周；对照组89例，用安慰剂联合拜新同治疗3周，观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组患者比对照组焦虑症状明显缓解，血压明显平稳下降，两组在疗效上差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论治疗组比对照组起效快、作用强、效果好、安全性高、不良反应少。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Deanxit combined with Adalat to the patients with senile hypertension and anxiety. Methods The VBI patients（n=179）were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （n=90） and the control group （n=89）. The patients in the treatment group took Deanxit and Adalat for three weeks. The patients in the control group took placebo and Deanxit for three weeks. The clinical therapeutic effects in two groups were compared and observed. Results Therapeutic results of the treatment group was obviously significantly better than that of the control group in relieving anxiety and declining steadily in blood pressure （P〈O.05） .Conclusion The treatment group has a quicker, stronger and betler effect and provides reliability and safety with less adverse reactions.
