摘 要:针对当前测量电感和高频电压的仪器结构复杂,准确度不高的情况,本文提出一种转换电路和单片机相结合的设计方案。系统用转换电路把电感和高频电压转换成频率,然后用一种改进的算法测量频率,根据频率的大小和转换电路的传递关系求解电感值和高频电压值。通过实验表明系统电路简单,输入阻抗高,测量准确。该方法对测量电感和高频电压的电路简化,和误差减小方面,有一定的参考价值。The current measuring instrument for inductance and high frequency voltage involves complex structure,and is lack of accuracy.To solve this problem,this paper introduces a design solution with combination use of single chip microcomputer and conversion circuit.Firstly,the system uses conversion circuit to convert inductance and high-frequency voltage into frequency;then it uses an improved algorithm to measure the frequency;and finally,the values of inductance and high frequency voltage are solved by the basis of frequency and the transitive relations of the conversion circuit.Experiments showed that the solution is simple in circuit board design;it can reach high input impedance;and the measuring result is accurate.The method developed in this paper is valuable in reducing the complexity of the instrument's circuit,as well as the measurement error.
